Your player progress, such as number of kills, deaths, completed levels, etc., and games settings, such as music volume. This information is only stored locally on the device on which it was created. In the future, we may (or may not) also collect this information in cloud services provided by third parties, for the purpose of allowing players to share their progress across multiple devices, or to publicly share their progress, or to find other players with whom to play in multiplayer games.In addition, some anonymized data may be provided by third parties, such as crash reports.
We do not retain any of your data on our own servers, except for communication for support purposes.

Your player progress is collected so that your player can make progress through the game.Data that you provide to us via private communication is collected to provide support.
Who can see this data:
Some aspects of your player progress and current score will be visible to other players in a multiplayer game. In addition, your player’s name, which is the name chosen for your device, or sometimes an automatically generated name like “Player01”, will be visible to other players in the game.Information you post on public forums will be visible to anyone who can read those forums. Information sent via private communication with Denizen Software, LLC., is not knowingly shared with any third party, except as required by law or required for law enforcement purposes.
We do not knowingly collect the personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number or email address) of anyone 13 years of age or younger. You are not permitted to send any personally identifiable information of someone 13 years of age or younger to us via private communication, or post it on any forum related to our products. If we learn that any such information was collected by us, we will delete it as soon as possible. If we learn that any such information was posted on public forums related to our products, we will notify the maintainers of those forums and ask that the information be taken down.
